Obianuju holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Protection and Resource Management from the University of Calabar where she came out best graduating student of her class. She is an avid reader and researcher with a keen interest in water quality and environmental management. She has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. Obianuju is currently awaiting the award of a Ph.D in Environmental Resource Management from the University of Uyo, Nigeria. She previously occupied the Bio-physical Analyst/Field Supervisor position from 2014 to 2017 at the Cross River State Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (CRS-NEWMAP) – a World Bank Assisted Project. She has co-authored cutting-edge articles in both foreign and local journals and has attended conferences covering Hydrology, GIS and Environmental Management..
