Mr Orim, Matthew Ashike, after his NYSC, he was immediate given a lecturing job at the University of Calabar in the rank of Graduate Assistant. Currently, he has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Lecturer. His university work experience is his first employment experience. He started his primary education in 1995 and completed it in 2000, Then he proceeded and completed his post-primary education in 2006. He was engaged in home lesson for Secondary school students while seeking for better employment which eventually came in 2010 as a graduate assistant at the University of Calabar. Mr Orim, M.A. completed his first and second degree in 2014 and 2018 respectively. Currently he is undertaking his doctoral studies in the University of Ibadan. .
