Mrs Udayi, Mary Amu is an Animal scientist and a Lecturer with University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. She holds a National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma(HND) in Animal health and production and Animal production respectively in 2003 and 2007, from college of Agriculture and Animal Science, ABU Zaria. She obtained a Post graduate Diploma in Animal Production with ABU Zaria in 2008 and a Master of Science degree in Monogastric nutrition from Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi in 2015. She is currently undergoing her PhD with University of Port Harcout. She joined the services of University of Calabar, Calabar in 2019 as Assistant Lecturer and was regularized in 2021 by the University. Her research area in monogastric nutrition on how to improve in the production of more availability of healthy chicken products with the use of non-conventional feedstuffs. Mrs Udayi is a prolific writer and a scholar and she has attended local conference and co-authored journals. .
