Dr. (Mrs.) Margaret Umoh in pursuit of Western Education attended Convent Primary and Holy Child Secondary Schools Calabar. She further gained admission into the Polytechnic Calabar to study Business Education, majoring in Accounting and Management. In the same zeal for a broadened knowledge and intensive intellectual development, she sought and gained admission into the Prestigious University of Uyo and Calabar respectively and graduated with many colourful degrees including Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – Elementary Education; Master of Education-Educational Management and Planning; Master of Library Science and a Doctor of Philosophy-Library Science. She has authored several articles in reputable Journals both locally and internationally; Supervised undergraduate students, attended conferences both locally and internationally. A Registered member of Nigeria Library Association; a chattered Librarian; Academic Librarian with the University of Calabar Library and Lecturer II in the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Calabar, Calabar. .
