Dr. John Adinya Odey

John Adinya Odey is from Gakem in Bekwarra I-GA of Cross River State in Nigeria. He obtained his BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees in Computer Science from the prestigious University of Benin in Nigeria. He has also obtained a Doctoral degree from the College of Information and Electrical Engineering of the China Agricultural University, Beijing. He was a Chinese Government Scholar during his doctoral studies and won the competitive annual scholarship and research grants for 5 consecutive years that covered his graduate degree studies. John was also a visiting researcher to the Graduate School of Information Science, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan in 2009, where he did research in ubiquitous networks for cyber physical systems. He has extensive work experience spanning industry, research and academia. He has made research contributions presented through both local and international journals and conferences. He is a member of IEEE (International), ACM (International), Nigeria Computing Society (NCS). .
