Dr. Gideon Imoke Emeng is a Lecturer in the Department of Religious and Culture Studies, he has been engaged in the University of Calabar since 1998 as a graduate assistant and is now a Senior Lecturer with the above Department. He has written and published several articles both local and foreign. He has also authored three books, furthermore he has other four books about to be published. The first is titled Migration History of Igbo Imabana, the second is Legbo Language Learner's Translation Dictionary, third is Highlights on Pentecostalism and their abuses in Nigeria and lastly 360 Proverbs and Wise Sayings of Agbo-Igbo Imabana. He believes to do further as God gives him grace for posterity. .
