Mrs. Esther Darlington Izuki is an Animal Scientist whose focus is on Animal Production and Management Research. She is a result-oriented team worker, who works effectively and efficiently to achieve set goals. She is a hard-working, discipline, and committed person. She joined the services of the University of Calabar in 2013 as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Animal Science. She was upgraded to the rank of Assistant Lecturer in 2018 after being awarded an M. Sc. degree. Mrs Izuki holds a B. Agric (Animal Science) degree that was awarded to her by the Cross River University of Technology, Calabar in 2012. Mrs. Izuki was awarded an M. Sc. degree in Animal Production by the University of Calabar in 2018. Since joining the University, she has been teaching, mentoring, and researching thereby contributing to the growth and development of the University. She has successfully published over five articles in local and international peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of several professional bodies including Nigeria Institute of Animal Science, Nigerian Society of Animal Production, and Animal Science Association of Nigeria. She has attended several workshops and conferences to boost her professional knowledge. Mrs. Esther Darlington Izuki is happily married..
