The University of Calabar, Orientation programme for Freshmen for the  2023/2024 academic session has been scheduled to hold on January 18^th and 19^th, 2024.

The event  is billed to take place at the International Conference Center of the University and  will commence from 9 am prompt.

A  release  signed by the Secretary of the 2023/2024 Orientation Committee, Mrs Asor, Simbala E, on behalf of the Dean of Students, Prof. Anthony Eyang, indicates that the Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar,  Prof. Florence Obi will play host to the event.

 The release called on the  Provost, Deans of faculties, Directors and Heads of Departments to  ensure and  encourage their new students to attend this important event.

The event which promises to have a positive impact on the new students, will feature the Vice Chancellor's address, pep talks as well as other beneficial activities.
