Graduand Information
Essential details regarding academic gowns, financial requirements, and convocation protocol.
Important Penalty Notice
Gowns must be obtained from Faculty Officers upon presentation of payment evidence. Gowns not returned by Monday, 13th April, 2026 will attract a fine of ₦1,000.00 per day. Defaulters will face strict sanctions.

Protocol & Procession
The Convocation Procession will adhere strictly to the Keffi Protocol. Graduands must robe and join the procession in their respective Faculties.
Strict Rule: Unrobed graduands will be denied entry. Photographers are strictly prohibited during the procession. All photography occurs post-convocation.
Invitations & Alumni

Every Ph.D/Masters graduand receives one invitation card (admitting one guest) from their Faculty Officer.

Graduands are required to complete alumni registration forms via their Faculty Officers and pay the membership fee.
